How does online booking work?

Yoopies provides you with an online booking system to allow you to pay your childcare provider and declare them.

Once you have found your perfect carer, you may 'Book' them online via Yoopies. To do this, simply go to their profile and click on the 'Book' button. The carer will have a period of 48 hours to accept or refuse your request!

Regular (or Full-time or School holiday, babysitting): you must indicate the hours of your reservation which will be automatically renewed every month, based on your ideal schedule.

Between the 25th of the current month and 1st of the next month, you will need to validate the hours worked during the month. You can choose to adjust hours at any time during the month, but the final deadline to validate is the 1st of the next month. If you do not adjust any of the hours, the sitter will be paid according to the hours that were originally planned.

Occasional: you must indicate the day and time of your reservation, which will not be automatically renewed in the coming months. In addition, you will have the possibility to adjust the actual working hours as soon as the booking has completed, and it should be confirmed within 48 hours after the care was completed.

No cash, cheques or transfers, Yoopies takes care of paying your carer directly after his or her service. Your carer will their wages 48 to 72 hours after the adjustment period.
