How does online booking work?
Yoopies provides you with an online booking system to allow you to pay your childcare provider and declare them.
Once you have found your perfect carer, you may 'Book' them online via Yoopies. To do this, simply go to their profile and click on the 'Book' button. The carer will have a period of 48 hours to accept or refuse your request!
Regular (or Full-time or School holiday, babysitting): you must indicate the hours of your reservation which will be automatically renewed every week, based on your ideal schedule.
Every Monday, you will receive a request to adjust your carer's actual working hours for the previous week. The request expires after 48 hours and payment is then made to the carer. If you do not make the adjustment in time, don't panic, you can adjust their hours the following week.
Example: you made a reservation from January 4 to 10: you adjust it on January 11.
Occasional: you must indicate the day and time of your reservation, which will not be automatically renewed in the coming weeks. This is an exclusive service. In addition, you will have the possibility to adjust the actual working hours as soon as the booking has completed.
No cash, cheques or transfers, Yoopies takes care of paying your carer directly after his or her service. Your carer will their wages 48 to 72 hours after the adjustment period.
