Employer: Why and how do I provide my bank details?

When you first book your caregiver, there is nothing to pay upfront. Some banks may charge a pre-authorisation payment to check you have the available funds in your account. This is not a charge and will be re-debited to your account.
If you have selected occasional care, payments are carried out at the end of his/her shift. If you have selected regular care, payments are carried out at the end of the month.
Payments are sent once you confirm their hours worked, allowing you to adjust the hours should they not match your original booking.
All your data is confidential and secure on the Yoopies platform. We will never disclose your banking information.
