Applicant : Where can I find my job applications?
When you send a first message to apply for a job, you won't find this message in your inbox, but in your list of applied jobs.
To view the job offers for which you have applied for, got to 'My Dashboard', click on 'Applied jobs' then click on 'Contact' to view the message you have sent.
If you forgot to cancel your booking, you need to adjust the hours of your caregiver to 0 to ensure you are not charged. You have 48 hours after an occasional booking and for regular bookings between the 25th and the end of the month to adjust the hours worked accordingly.
