I don't wish to publish an ad. Can I still use the site?
The posting of an ad is mandatory at the time of registration, this allows candidates to directly apply by responding to your ad. This also allows you to filter the profiles according to your criteria and availability.
If you do not want your ad to be LIVE, once you have registered an account, go to the 'Dashboard' page and Pause your advert, which will take it down and remove it from search results.
