Yoopies facilitates connection between families and caregivers. We are not an agency and caregiver profiles are not selected by us. We do not choose your caregiver, arrange interviews or process contracts. All the profiles on the platform are private individuals.
With Yoopies, you're 100% in control of the recruitment process. We provide tools such as our 50+ criteria search, an encrypted messaging system and booking and payment feature to help facilitate your search and management of your caregiver.
Caregivers are able to select their profile to be verified by the Moderation Team, adding extra trust to their profile. You can find out more about verified profiles here.
Moderation:
The Yoopies moderation team monitors all the ads posted on the website, whether they are posted by employers or caregivers to ensure inappropriate or incorrect content is not displayed. Our team carries out profile verifications 7 days a week to ensure your safety on the platform both during the week and the weekend. To find out more about verified profiles click here
Misleading or suspicious profiles are automatically sent to the moderation team for further investigation. In addition, we thoroughly investigate the identity of families that perform regular online transactions.
If a profile seems suspicious or misleading, don't hesitate to report it to the Yoopies team.
