Applicant: Why do I need to add my bank details?

With Yoopies you are able to opt to be booked and paid through the platform. By being booked on the platform, you are able to see your hours worked and pay earnt for each shift. We also provide you with a monthly invoice to recap all your earnings.


If you are booked on the platform, you will receive your payment either

  1. 48 hours after an occasional booking (e.g one-off babysitting), or
  2. Every month for a regular booking (eg. working for a family with a regular schedule multiple times a month)

This payment is made directly to your bank account.


You are able to add your bank details when registering, or alternatively you are able to add your bank details later. You can do this at any time by heading over to your 'my account' page and scrolling down to 'bank information.'

Here you will be prompted to add

  1. Your account number and sort code
  2. A copy of your ID
  3. Your address

For your safety and protection, all data on the Yoopies platform is 100% confidential and secure, and we will never disclose your banking information.
