Employers: How do I stop Premium renewals?
Your Yoopies Premium membership subscription is automatically renewed at the end of your chosen subscription period.
You can however stop the renewal of your subscription by doing the following:
To cancel your Premium renewal, login to your account and head over to your 'My Account' page. Click on 'cancel'. Once cancelled, your account will remain Premium until the end of the current Premium period, and will then downgrade to a free account.
You can also choose to modify your subscription, for example, if you bought a 3 month subscription but wish to transfer to a 1 month subscription. Simply click on 'Modify my subscription'
