Employer: How do I cancel a booking?
Changed your mind about a booking? Not a problem.
In order to cancel one or multiple shifts, head over to your 'my employees' and select the 'timetable' tab.
You are then able to:
- Cancel one or multiple shifts by selecting 'cancel booking'
- Or, cancel all future bookings by clicking on the button "Do you want to cancel your booking?"
If you forgot to cancel your booking, you need to adjust the hours of your caregiver to 0 to ensure you are not charged. You have 48 hours after an occasional booking and for regular bookings between the 25th and the end of the month to adjust the hours worked accordingly.
